Happy Anniversary

We left home on Friday morning and spent the night in Ft. Chiswell, Virginia and drove to Erie yesterday morning. Mike and family toured Penn State and Pitt on their way from Philly and met us at Barbato's for a late lunch. Elyse will be a senior next year and is starting to look at colleges, We all came to Erie because my brother, Bob and his wife Cathy are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary and their children threw a surprise party for them last night. It was good time and they were very surprised with a lot of friends and family in attendance. Alesa and I and Mike's family shared a B&B last night before they headed back home by way of Slippery Rock this morning. We are now staying at Bob's but didn't want to possibly spoil the surprise by staying with them earlier.
